Most wine clubs offer unique, high quality wines and our wine club is no different but unlike almost every other wine club in the country, our wines will be distributed year round. Gone are the days of the massive spring delivery for the stockpile of wines that could not be shipped to you during the winter months, cause us Northerners know that enjoying wine is not a seasonal activity.

Our Wine Club is a subscription-based service. Each month, we work with wine importers and our Territorial Liquor Commission to select and import our monthly selections for our clubs. Once received, we package them up and have them available for our club members to pick up.

All wine and spirit club subscriptions are initiated through the web enrollment forms found under the Wine & Spirits section of this website. Once your enrollment form is received, you'll be setup in our system and you will receive a welcome email containing your member's only discount code along with additional details about the club.

We offer two different two bottle options in our wine club. While NWT liquor regulations limit us to distributing a maximum of two bottles of wine per day per member, additional subscriptions can be purchased. It just means that you'll have to pop by to see us more than just once, but rest assured, you'll be greeted with a warm smile each time.

Giving can be more fun than receiving (although this is debatable for wines) so of course we've thought of that. Gift subscriptions are available in 1, 2 or 3 month options. See the Gift Subscription section of our Wine Club Ordering Site for details.

We take great care in selecting every bottle that goes into our clubs. Our first step is always to ensure that the wines and spirits we consider aren't already available at local liquor stores. Exclusivity is part of the experience we want to deliver.

Thanks to relationships that we have forged with trusted importers and agents across Western Canada, we're able to access unique and hard-to-find products that often aren't available in the broader market. From there, we review respected critics' notes, producer reputations, customer ratings, and limited-time pricing opportunities. The result is a curated selection of wines and spirits that offers exceptional quality and distinctive character, and of course, exclusivity.

All wine and spirits club payments are securely processed through Chargebee, our subscription management platform. When you join a club, you'll be asked to setup your preferred payment method through the member's portal of Chargebee. Chargebee then handles everything automatically from there.

All subscriptions will be available for pickup the first week of every month. An email notification will be sent out letting you know when your wines can be picked up. Pickups can be done in store or at the drive through window.

Of course! Our club selections will be available to purchase online through our online ordering site or for dine-in at the restaurant. Club member discounts are available for all online purchases.

As with all alcoholic beverages, Wine Club members must be 19 years of age or older and must be able to produce valid government issued photo ID when picking up their subscription.

For the time-being, wine subscriptions will only be available for pickup at Copperhouse. If you've got someone that can pick it up on your behalf, by all means, we'd love to have you!
