Wine Description:
Created by Canadian Indigenous entrepreneur Moirae Choquette in collaboration with a fourth-generation Italian winery, Tomato Wheels brings a fresh perspective to traditional Lambrusco. Produced in Emilia-Romagna, this naturally sparkling red combines vibrant fruit, refreshing acidity and gentle tannins in a lively, approachable style. 

Tasting Notes:
Deep purple with frothy bubbles, the wine reveals aromas of blackberry, blueberry, violet and lavender. The palate is juicy and refreshing, with dark berry flavours, a hint of crème fraîche and bright acidity. Light tannins provide structure through a crisp, lively finish.

Food Pairing Suggestions:
Perfect with pizza, charcuterie, prosciutto, pasta Bolognese, Parmesan or fried chicken.

Serving & Cellaring Details:
Serve chilled at 8–10 °C. Best enjoyed young to preserve its vibrant fruit and refreshing bubbles.
