Grape Varietals: 100% Monastrell
Wine Description: Crafted from old-vine Monastrell grown in the arid vineyards of Jumilla, Juan Gil Silver Label is one of Spain's most celebrated value wines. Low-yielding vines rooted in limestone soils produce fruit of exceptional concentration, while French oak aging adds elegance without overshadowing the grape's bold personality. The result is a rich yet beautifully balanced expression of southeastern Spain.
Flavour Profile: Intense aromas of blackberry, blueberry and ripe plum are layered with cocoa, vanilla and Mediterranean herbs. The palate is full-bodied and velvety, revealing concentrated dark fruit, mocha and sweet spice supported by polished tannins. The finish is long, smooth and remarkably refined.
Suggested Food Pairings: Excellent with grilled steaks, barbecue, braised short ribs, roast lamb or Manchego cheese.
Serving & Cellaring: Serve at 17–18°C. Drink now or cellar for 6–8 years.
